    I've visited this Restaurant on several occasions. The BBQ is exceptional and OMG!! the beans and corn muffin are crazy good. On top of Amazing food the staff were awesome. You will not regret visiting Buckhorn BBQ + Grill. There aren't many BBQ establishments that I've found to be Great! with each visit.

    First time trying this location on Freeport Boulevard in Sacramento. Everything was delicious. We sat outside with our dog. Service is very good nice and friendly. Forgot to take photos, but we had brisket and chili.

    Went here recently for dinner. It's located in a shopping center just off Freeport w plenty of free parking. A/C works very well too! I had the 2-Meat Combo Platter with; - Ribs (extra cost, I misread the sign board, it was a FULL SLAB) - Smoked Sausage (was more like a big wiener, not a hot link that I was hoping for) - Garden Salad, generous size - Cali Mac, mac salad meh - Cornbread muffin, could've benefited from more bake time It was very filling, especially the 6 ribs. Also ordered a tri-tip Burnt Ends Shareable which was tender and tasty. I wish they had smoked brisket on the menu though. Could've used more napkins too, there aren't any at the table or where customers can grab them. But the restrooms are nearby and clean. I'd return and order tri-tip and maybe smoked chicken next time.

    I am so happy to have a Buckhorn near me--my only complaint is I eat there once a week! Buckhorn is the finest BBQ around! I love their Tri-tip, with fried onions and Granny's Apple Salad. The employees are excellent and attentive to your needs. It's excellent. If you haven't tried it, what's keep'n you? A genuine treat awaits!!!
